When we first started brainstorming this year’s gift for Tết, we knew we wanted to aim for something that is practical in a sense that it can be used in instances other than just Tết. We wanted something that we can give not only to our respected business partners, but also to our fellow crew on set.

That’s where the idea of making a Fan sparked. Something that was cultural, can be office-friendly, but also a crew’s best friend on a sunny day on set.

Focused on our identity as a Production House, we included relatable design elements about production life, as well as well-wishes that we’re sure other creatives could relate to and wish for HAHA. And of course, every element was carefully hand-drawn so that our gifts feel as personal as possible!

Initially we wanted to make 2 different sides for the fan—1 white and 1 red. However, when we test-printed, the white side was much influenced by the red side as it had turned to a pink-ish color. We also did a quick poll within our little ant colony, and the little RED ants haz spoken

As the Lunar New Year approaches, we’d like to send our wishes of good health, big fortune, best of luck and immense happiness to everyone! Thank you for such a great year of collaboration and creativity. And most importantly, thank you for trusting us with your stories :’)
